How do I add a picture to “Occasions?” 2018-02-03T21:28:09+00:00

Press on the camera icon and choose either Camera or Gallery.  Take the picture and then press “Use photo.”  You can add a title to the picture with the pen icon or just press the camera icon again to store the picture.  Press the “X” icon if you want to start over.

How can I delete a profile picture? 2018-02-03T21:28:09+00:00

Go to the “Settings” section, click on “View Profile.”  Click on “Edit” and then lightly tap the image.  You’ll be asked to confirm the deletion.

Go to the “Settings” section, click on “View Profile.”  Click on “Edit” and then click and hold the image as you drag it right or left.

eReveal pulls data from Facebook to create your profile. Simply update your name / age on Facebook. Go to settings, view profile, and tap on sync with Facebook. It will update on eReveal immediately.

I accidentally left-swiped someone, can I get them back? 2018-02-03T21:28:09+00:00

Sorry, we can’t “undo” that left swipe just yet.  That person will be back in about two weeks, though, so you can see him/her again.

Check your Public Preferences. Tap on the settings wheel, Public Preferences and make sure the distance / gender and age preferences are the ones you want. Try increasing the age interval or the distance for more matches.

Please make sure you are connected to the Internet. If you are and you still cannot login, you can also try force quitting the app: Press the Home button two times quickly. You’ll see small previews of your recently used apps.

Swipe left to find the app you want to close.

Swipe up on the app’s preview to close it.
